Job Responsibilities
- Customer Quality, Customer Warranty, In-Process Quality, Overseas Supplier quality, NPD Quality.
- Mapping and streamlining the processing parameters to maintain the product quality with set standards.
- Making all quality KPI's.
- Maintain CAPA (A4, A3) with why-why analysis by using 7 QC tools.
- Vendor quality performance rating- MSIL, SMG, Honda.
- Making PPAP documents of automotive products.
- Process audit on monthly basis & product audit.
- Maintain documents of QMS & Conduct internal audit for ISO/IATF.
- Handling auditors for every audit & send all required reports & closure PPT to them.
Preferable Training on visual management, Kaizen & 5 "S'', Managerial Skill
- 5S, 8D, 7QC tools, 4M, 3R, 4R, Kaizen, Poka yoke, PPAP, SPC, ECN, KPI, PDCA, IMDS.
- Training on ISO QMS 9001:2008. / 2015
- ESD audit as per ESD S20.20 std.

- ISO 9001 – 2015
- TS 16949:2009
- IATF 16949:2016
- Six sigma black belt
- IPC-A-610
